OUR MISSION

WAPA International – which recently merged with Les Enfants de Panzi et d’Ailleurs – supports children who are victims of armed conflict: those associated with armed forces and groups, victims of sexual violence, born of rape or displaced.

Through individualised and holistic support, WAPA and its local partners – trained in child psychotrauma – work towards sustainable family and/or community (re)integration through mental health, education, socio-professional training and income-generating activities.

WAPA also participates in scientific research and carries out awareness-raising and advocacy activities to eradicate violations against children in armed conflicts.
